We are currently hiring for a full time I.C.S. Program Coordinator to manage and assist our individual served in the Newport and West St. Paul area.\n\nAvailable shift is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm.\n\nCoordinator applicants must have experience with persons on the autism spectrum, anxiety disorders, depression and developmental disabilities. Candidates must have the ability to be active with those served, de-escalate and re-direct in difficult situations.\n\nDuties as a Program Coordinator include, but are not limited to;\n\n* assistance with independent living skills\n* transportation\n* medication administration\n* report writing\n* team meetings\n* handling emergency situations\n* staff training\n* staff supervision\n* annual licensing reviews prep\n* activities\n\nQualifications needed include; 1 year of management experience, 2 years of experience in the field and an associates degree in the human services field or 4 years of experience in the human services field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task are also required.\n\nAll applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
