In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project management, site superintendents, sub-contractors, and clients. Your expertise in commercial construction management will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to building something more than buildings with Huff Construction!\nDuties\nCollaborate with project manager and site superintendent to develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.\nParticipate in pre-construction phases to access feasibility, identify potential risks, and contribute to the development of project strategies.\nWork closely with project managers and sight superintendents to review and interpret project designs and specifications.\nEnsure that design elements align with project requirements and standards.\nAssist in creation and management of project budgets.\nMonitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.\nSelf-Perform Work: The project engineer is expected to consistently self-perform work as a core part of their role.
