The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You will play a critical role in helping drive sales growth by ensuring customer requirements, new item launches, promotions, bids, and sales initiatives are executed flawlessly.What You'll Do:Support the sales team with day-to-day management of key accounts, distributors, and broker partners.Complete new item setup forms, vendor onboarding documents, and customer paperwork.Prepare and submit K-12 bid documents and supporting materials.Assist with the creation of sales presentations, customer pitch decks, sell sheets, and sales collateral.Coordinate distributor submissions, item authorizations, and account setup requirements.Load and maintain customer promotional programs and track execution timelines.Support customer meetings by gathering data, preparing materials, and coordinating follow-up actions.·      Manage and maintain product image libraries, ensuring customers and internal teams have access to the most current packaging, product photography, lifestyle imagery, and marketing assets.·      Coordinate the distribution of approved product images and digital assets to support new item launches, retailer setup requirements, and e-commerce listings.Ensure all product information, imagery, and sales materials remain accurate and up to date across customer, distributor, and broker platforms.Support the planning and execution of trade shows and sales events by coordinating materials, product samples, booth assets, and signage, across sales, marketing, and operations teams.Attend and drive sales at Costco sampling roadshows across multiple regions.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.Oversee the CRM tool to make sure the pipelines and account records are up to date. What We're Looking For:2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, account management, or a related role.Experience working with distributors such as UNFI, KeHE, or major retail and foodservice customers is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a growing sales organization, working directly with customers and distributors, and helping bring new products and programs to market.
