In this role, you will pull and prep each job accurately to support production output. This contract to hire role pays *$18.50/hr. *and works *Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm *in *Waukesha, WI.*\n\n*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *\n\n* Fulfill parts orders for departments, including paperwork printing, parts pulling and parts packaging.\n* Work with Warehouse Leader to facilitate order pulls and prep for production including identifying parts, accurately pull parts, label parts per procedure and deliver parts to production or other designated areas.\n* Perform inventory control including part number identification, transactions, and organization.\n* Perform accurate cycle count and recount.\n* Demonstrate ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature where initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.\n* Demonstrate ability to handle parts requiring safety and delicate handling procedures.\n* Flexibility to move within the materials environment or organization as needed, supporting areas requiring resources.\n* Ability to work effectively with a diverse team, contribute to training, and promote efficient customer requirement completion.\n\n*QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION*\n\n* High School Diploma or GED.\n* One year of warehouse experience is preferred but not required.\n* Comfortable and proficient with computer usage.\n* Ability to work up to 8-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.\n* Ability to read and comprehend instructions.\n* Forklift operation preferred but not required.\n* Ability to pass a background check and 10 panel drug screen.\n* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with the assistance of others.
