Duties Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and organizing furniture and fixtures Care for floors with appropriate cleaning techniques—vacuuming carpets and performing detailed floor care to ensure a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Adhere to hospitality industry best practices and company policies to deliver exceptional service consistently Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality environments preferred; multifamily or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, disinfecting methods, and custodial procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina; capable of standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and performing repetitive tasks Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests professionally Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous but not required If you choose to live on-site, you will receive a 30% rent discount!
