In this role, you'll help bring our learning and development programs to life by coordinating learning experiences, supporting development initiatives, maintaining learning systems and resources, and ensuring employee-owners have the tools and support they need to succeed.\n\nIf you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nCoordinate and support learning and development programs, initiatives, and events across the organization.\nAssist with onboarding, leadership development, internship programs, employee-owner development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.\nManage participant communications, enrollments, program records, completion tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities.\nMaintain learning systems, resources, and records while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nAdminister compliance training, assessments, and feedback tools, including tracking completion and preparing reports.\nSupport employee feedback survey processes through data management, reporting, and action plan tracking.\nCoordinate learning calendars, events, schedules, travel arrangements, materials, and meeting logistics.\nProvide exceptional service and support to employee-owners, leaders, vendors, and external partners.\nAssist with budget tracking, vendor payments, learning resources, certifications, grants, and development opportunities.\nPartner with Learning & Development and other People Operations team members to support employee-owner growth and engagement.\n\nWhat Makes You Successful\n\nYou champion a culture of learning, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.\nYou are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nYou build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.\nYou demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through.\nYou communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.\nYou are adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.\nYou have strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing programs, processes, and data.\n\n*This role is on-site\n\nRequirements:\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework preferred.\nExperience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.\nTwo or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, training administration, project coordination, or a related field preferred.\nExperience supporting learning management systems, employee development programs, assessments, or related systems preferred.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nStrong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.\nA passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.\n\nThis is an office-based position requiring daily onsite presence.
