Assistant Manager

Position Overview:As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!Shifts are available from 5-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun!The Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Job Starting at $17.00/hour!Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift!Assistant Manager Responsibilities:Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich stationAble to help open and close a store as a key holderHave previous quick service restaurant experienceBe punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honestMaintain a neat and clean appearanceFollow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditionsHelp assist and train team members with patienceQualifications & Skills:Excellent customer service skillsDependability is a must, follow schedule and arrive on timeReliable transportationRequirements:Ability to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 40 pounds at a time
