Your contributions help drive the company forward—and you share in the rewards.\nWhat you will bring to this role:\nAt least 2 years of experience in supervising production teams in a fast-paced environment\nKnowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPlanning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.\nEnsuring the quality and quantity of the products meet the specifications and standards.\nManaging the inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.\nCoordinating with other departments such as engineering, quality control, logistics, and maintenance.\nTraining, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the production staff.\nImplementing and enforcing safety rules and regulations in the production area.\nIdentifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in the production process.\nPreparing and maintaining production reports and records.\nAbout the Company: Stevens Industries is the largest manufacturer of commercial casework and architectural millwork in the United States.
