From pre-operative preparation to recovery, you'll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow clinical staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care.This role is ideal for nurses who value teamwork, patient relationships, and a positive clinical environment where quality care comes first.What You'll DoProvide direct patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and recovery phasesCollaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical teams to coordinate seamless patient careEducate patients and families on procedures, recovery expectations, medications, and post-operative instructionsDeliver compassionate emotional support to patients and their loved onesEnsure compliance with nursing standards, ASC policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered clinical environmentFollow infection prevention standards, medication safety protocols, and confidentiality requirementsContribute to a positive team atmosphere focused on exceptional patient outcomesWhat You BringASN or BSN degree requiredCurrent Registered Nurse license in the applicable stateCurrent BLS certification requiredACLS certification required (or ability to obtain within one year of employment)Surgical or operating room experience preferredStrong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsPassion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered carePhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis role requires standing for extended periods, lifting/moving patients or equipment, and working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
