The ideal candidate will have experience performing traffic/transportation engineering related tasks and a degree in Civil Engineering. This position allows for exposure to multiple disciplines within transportation engineering, including design and analysis work and exposure to project development from concept to the final design.Responsibilities:Production of transportation design plans, specifications, and estimate packages. Disciplines may include temporary traffic control, traffic signals, utilities, signing, pavement marking, roadways, lighting networks.Performance of traffic engineering studies, analysis, and modelingLearn and use readily available resources, standards, and reference materials to provide the best quality design deliverables.Essential QualificationsB.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields0-5 years of Civil Engineering experienceStrong communication skillsAbility and desire to operate professionally in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsE.I.T. or PE CertificationExperience using MicroStation, AutoCAD, Synchro, and/or VissimM.S.
