Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job DetailsWe are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! Performs break-down and preventive maintenance tasks. This involves disciplines such as electrical power and controls, plumbing, forklifts, hydraulic, pneumatic, facility maintenance, and general mechanical and electrical projects. Hourly rate for this position is based on experience, beginning at $25/hour with a weekly average of 5 hours overtime.About Tulsa Tube Bending and the position:Excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany paid long-term disability and life insurance policyTuition reimbursement program, up to $5000401(k) matching at 200%9 paid holidays per yearAttendance awardsResponsibilities:Troubleshoots electrical circuits, including both power distribution and controls.Installs new and used machinery, including plumbing of pneumatic, hydraulic, and water.Troubleshoots hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and controls.Repairs/rebuild pumps, compressors, and motors.Repairs bridge and jib cranes.Maintains/repairs forklifts and other material handling equipment.Performs inspections of tooling and rigging equipment.Performs general facility maintenance including HVAC.Performs physical activities such as lifting or carrying moderately heavy objects.​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance for manufacturing is a plusKnowledge of AC and DC circuits and components, this includes but is not limited to motors, cranes, controls, transformers, and VFD’sBasic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to troubleshoot problems with forklifts and material handling equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow instructionsAbility to work well with othersDrug testing required - Must be 18 yrs old - Must have valid driver's license - Must have HS diploma or GEDCompany DescriptionTulsa Tube Bending is the national industry leader!
