We are looking for outstanding individuals that want to grow professionally and personally.\nWhat It Looks Like:\nMorning meeting with the crew to line out the day's work & tasks.\n10 hours on your feet, walking, squatting, climbing and lifting.\nWorking with your hands, tools, materials and equipment.\nPrefabrication of common devices and materials.\nInstallation and documentation of all assigned work.\nWho & What We’re looking for:\nA Self Motivated Individual: We want someone with a GREAT attitude. Positivity and being able to collaborate with the entire team is a must.\nA Proficient Learner: Someone who is able to receive and implement the advice and training that’s given.\nA Forward Thinker: A person who is always looking where the puck is going and is ready to move to the next task.\nTechnologically Adept: We train our entire team to read and understand blueprints as well as digitally document throughout the project.\nWilling To Travel: Our St. George crew is primarily responsible for projects based in Southern UT, however, assisting our Northern UT crew and working on projects throughout the state will occasionally be required.\nPassionate: Someone who loves working hard and is excited about being within the electrical industry.\nGoal Oriented: Someone who is ready to jump start or continue their career in a high demand and technical trade.\nEducation: Ready to start or currently enrolled within an electrical apprenticeship program.
