This role is pivotal in ensuring business continuity, service excellence, and the effective integration of AMS processes, systems, and personnel across HCM, SCM, ERP and Technical tracksKey Responsibilities Transition Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive transition roadmap, including detailed project timelines, milestones, resource planning, and contingency strategies to ensure alignment across every functional and technical trackStakeholder Management : Serve as the principal point of contact between the outgoing vendor, internal business units, IT teams, and external partners. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enable a successful transfer of services.Knowledge Transfer Management: Oversee the structured transfer of technical documentation, operational procedures, process flows, and system access.
