Although this position is remote, the employee MUST live within the Washington Metro Area (WMA) for potential local travel (10-20%).\nMEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:As a Principal Contract Billing & Invoice Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer's mission. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial management and compliance for cloud programs aligned to the customer's objectives.\nLead the financial reconciliation process: Oversee the end-to-end reconciliation of complex cloud invoices, ensuring alignment with internal usage, program budgets, and contract terms.\nServe as a PMO liaison and reporting expert: Deliver clear, program-specific financial reports to PMO leadership, acting as a subject matter expert in cloud billing for cross-functional teams.\nDrive compliance in contract funding and invoicing operations: Monitor contract funding, expenditure thresholds, and facilitate compliant invoicing per FAR regulations.\nUtilize advanced data analysis tools and methodologies for insight: Leverage spreadsheets, dashboard visualizations, and other tools to streamline analytics and reporting processes.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required): Bring your program analysis expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Principal Contract Billing & Invoice Program Analyst must have:Education: Bachelor’s Degree. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required.
