Oracle Cloud Solutions Manager

DescriptionAs part of our dynamic Technology team within the Oracle consulting practice, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business transformation. This role involves assisting clients in defining integration strategies, building system extensions, and developing key project lifecycle components such as interfaces, reports, and data conversions. You will work with the Oracle technology suite and integrate emerging technologies to create innovative solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand your expertise beyond your comfort zone, continually developing new skills.Proactively resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness and encourage a collaborative work environment.Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them take ownership of their professional growth.Analyze complex ideas, develop meaningful recommendations, and deliver strategic solutions.Utilize a wide range of data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making.Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, aligning technical solutions with business goals.Stay ahead of key industry trends and their potential impact on clients, developing innovative solutions to address their evolving needs.Foster positive outcomes by building consensus among diverse viewpoints.Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language, focusing on key points.Uphold ethical standards and business conduct guidelines.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Preferred Skills And ExpertiseProven experience managing client needs, particularly within a consulting environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues early to leadership.Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with client stakeholders, to align technical and business objectives.Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications, Oracle Fusion Architecture, and associated development tools.Expertise in Oracle PaaS services, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Process Cloud, Visual Builder, and Autonomous Database Cloud Services.Experience working with serverless technologies, microservices architecture, and multi-cloud setups to integrate Oracle with other platforms.TravelThis role may require up to 60% travel.Compensation And BenefitsThe salary range for this position is competitive, with the potential for annual discretionary bonuses.
