Our platforms manage large-scale, real-time real estate data and deliver modern tools supporting listing management, search, integrations, analytics, marketing automation, AI-driven capabilities, and digital transformation across the industry.\n\nWe are looking for a true full-stack engineer with deep experience building both robust backend systems with Java and Spring Boot and modern web applications with React and TypeScript.\n\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone comfortable working across a mature, distributed software platform. We actively use AI-assisted development tools within our engineering workflows and are building AI-enabled capabilities into our products and platforms.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nThe ideal candidate brings deep experience across both sides of our core application stack. We are looking for a full-stack engineer who can work confidently across the architecture rather than specializing exclusively in either frontend or backend.\n\nRelevant experience includes:\n\n* Deep professional experience with Java and Spring Boot\n* Deep professional experience with React and TypeScript\n* Building and maintaining APIs and distributed backend services\n* Designing and implementing complex, production-grade web applications\n* Relational database design, SQL, and performance optimization\n* MySQL and/or PostgreSQL\n* Designing highly available, scalable, and resilient systems\n* Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native application development\n* Automated testing, build, and deployment pipelines\n* Infrastructure as Code\n* Application security and secure development practices\n* Diagnosing production issues and performance problems\n* AI-assisted software development and/or integration of AI capabilities into applications\n\nExperience across both Java/Spring and React/TypeScript is central to this role.
