The culture is professional, calm, and focused on results, not face time.Real seat at the table: This is a senior hire with the potential to join as (or grow into) a non‐equity partner, helping to shape strategy and mentor the next generation.RoleYou'll be a go‐to senior lawyer for complex insurance defense matters across Texas, acting as first chair on a busy but manageable docket.
