Start your journey with E-Therapy today!\n\nResponsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.\nDevelop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.\nProvide direct therapy services to elementary and middle school students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.\nCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.\nIncorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.\nMonitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.\nDocument therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.\nIncludes some case management for speech-only students.\nParticipate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.\nQualifications:\nQualifications:\nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.\nValid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.\nExperience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.\nProficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nSIRAS experience a plus\nKnowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive health and wellness benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nCollaborative and supportive work environment\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nE-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
