This role may be a fit for you if you meet most or all of the following criteria:You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health careYou have experience using evidence-based interventions and measuring outcomesYou are skilled at building relationships with other working adults who need mental health services, and making it easy for them to access careYou love working in a telehealth environment, using an electronic health record to document care, and leveraging other technology as neededYou are a self-starter who’s willing to ask questions, offer your perspective, and get down to business once you’re clear on what to do ResponsibilitiesAssociate license to practice therapy in the state of Indiana: (LSW / LMHCA)40 hours of availability per week required (specific working hours negotiable)Maintain responsibility for a caseload of 30-50 clients, depending on the frequency of sessions that each client needs and you determine is appropriate.Select appropriate evidence-based interventions and implement them with individuals during sessionsLead individual therapy sessions and develop or improve resources to use within those sessionsDocument all clinical contact in an electronic health recordIntermediate-to-advanced proficiency using a computer and the ability to learn how to use new computer programs quicklyAttend team meetings and trainings as neededWork cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members, partner organizations, clients and familiesReport to the Clinical Director QualificationsDesirable Qualities (NOT Required):Bilingual / bicultural experienceEMDR or other experience with trauma-focused interventionsExperience working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare providers Seniority LevelNon entry-level (Newly licensed up to 5 years post-license.
