As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll processes, and manage payroll-related reporting. Key responsibilities include processing employee payroll, handling payroll-specific taxes and garnishments, managing employee benefits administration, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with other departments to support financial accuracy and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in Payroll Administration, including payroll processing and auditingStrong understanding of Garnishments and Payroll TaxesExperience in managing Employee Benefits, including compliance with applicable laws and regulationsKnowledge of Accounting principles, including reconciliations and general ledger entriesExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency with payroll software and MS Office tools, particularly ExcelExperience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferredProfessional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are a plus
