Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.\n\nIn the role of Shelter Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:\n\nMaintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.\n\nPlan, direct, and oversee the shelter program within budget and project deadlines, ensuring that all program goals are met through proper planning, staffing, and implementation.\n\nRecruit, supervise, train, and appraise performance for program staff. Organize, direct, and manage their work.\n\nEnsure program activities comply with Samaritan's Purse policies, standards, and regulations.\n\nManage budget within approved spending levels and ensure accurate and timely financial reports to management.\n\nSubmit timely, accurate, and professional program reports that meet Samaritan's Purse standards and requirements.\n\nCoordinate with relevant external stakeholders, including government authorities, other humanitarian actors, community representatives, beneficiaries, contractors, and Samaritan's Purse partners to ensure proper understanding and coordination of project objectives and achievements.\n\nCoordinate with internal sectoral leads and supporting departments for effective program implementation including WASH, protection, finance, procurement, logistics, security, Human Resources, and International Headquarters support and regional teams.\n\nMake regular visits to project field sites, providing staff support, addressing programmatic challenges, and exploring future program possibilities.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat are the qualifications?\n\nServe with Excellence\n\nAs a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:\n\nBachelor's degree (B.
