A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant. Key Responsibilities Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from sign-up through activation Utilize data analysis to set performance expectations and make critical business decisions Required Qualifications 2+ years of consultative sales, project management, or customer service experience Ability to analyze and interpret market-specific data Foundational sales skills with the ability to overcome objections Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
