Job Description & RequirementsInterim VP, Chief Revenue OfficerStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $320,000.00 - $330,000.00The PositionThe Interim VP, Chief Revenue Officer, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day financial/revenue cycle operations throughout the facility and will prove financial viability.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Interim VP will focus on ongoing initiatives including assessing departmental structure, revenue cycle workflows, technology, and best practices.Ideal leaders will be approachable and will be willing to focus on the development and improvement of partnerships with additional leaderships throughout the organization.Seeking a growth-oriented and experienced revenue cycle leader who will be able to portray a strong sense of resilience. Additionally, a background/knowledge of various organizational designs will be essential in redesigning current structures and workflows.Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.RequirementsBachelor's degree is required.System leadership experience is required.Compensation DetailsCompensation Range: $320,000 to $330,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
