Make an impact by providing services that help the government ensure the well being and support of U.S. citizens.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Case Management Modernization (CMM) Program is an initiative to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AO) develop a modern cloud-based solution to support all federal courts across the United States which are grouped into three types namely, Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy. This modernized case management system will eventually replace the current Case Management and Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system.\n\nThe Project Manager will work as part of the overall CMM development team to build and support the modernization of enterprise-class software applications.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets\n\nAssemble and lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks\n\nMonitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues\n\nCommunicate effectively with customer and team members\n\nManage resources, including personnel, tools, and finances\n\nEnsure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date\n\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status\n\nFacilitate collaboration between teams and clients\n\nResolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain team productivity\n\nEnsure final deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations\n\nEffectively manage personnel while being accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items\n\nOperating within client guidance, contractual limitations, and Company business and policy directives\n\nServing as focal point of contact with client regarding day-today program activities.\n\nEnsures that all required resources including manpower, production standards, computer time, and facilities are available for program implementation\n\nManaging program consisting of multiple projects including project identification, design, development and delivery\n\nConferring with team to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution\n\nCrafting and enforcing quality control programs\n\nLeading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams\n\nOrganizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all contract support activities\n\nWith day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations\n\nFormulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, procedures, and goals of the organization\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\n\nExperience leading and providing guidance to multiple Scrum teams while making sure the overall objective is met.\n\nExperience gathering and assembling requirements (including but not limited to consulting with product owners, customers, key stakeholders, or end users).\n\nExperience assisting the Product Teams in delivering results per the product scope, vision, and roadmap.\n\nExperience designing modernized IT solutions for integration and deployment with active legacy applications.\n\nExperience developing IT solutions for modernization, and for new development projects.\n\nExperience providing leadership and guidance through performing gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternative (AoA) studies, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards.\n\nExperience with business process re-engineering.\n\nExperience delivering technical briefings and hosting meetings to diverse audiences.\n\nStrong technical background and experience working with Solutions Architects and senior development team members.\n\nHands on experience with progressive elaboration of highly technical epics and stories.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\n7 to 10+ years experience in IT Management including technology solutions delivery, and software development lifecycles (SDLC)\n\nThe Project Manager must possess Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\n\nThe Project Manager must possess a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)\n\nCOMMUNICATION & ORGANIZATIONAL\n\nExcellent presentation and communication (oral and written) skills.\n\nConsultant mindset with the ability to work with high level customer stakeholders and build excellent customer relationship.\n\nExperience identifying and applying industry tools, solutions, methods best practices, and emerging technologies.\n\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.\n\nWork Requirements\nYears of Experience\n\n7 + years of related experience\n\n* may vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree\n\nCertification\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) | Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Institute (PMI)\n\nTravel Required\n\nNone\n\nSalary and Benefit Information\n\nThe likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385.
