Must be able to wire and troubleshoot basic control/relay logic circuits with minimal oversite and assistance.\n\nLevel-4 Requires no supervision while installing electrical conduit, electrical conductors, junction boxes, and Building Automation controller bases. Must be able to wire and troubleshoot basic control/relay logic circuits without any oversite and or assistance. Must possess documented experience/training on various systems and controls. Experience with Electrical and or HVAC equipment repair/maintenance is preferred. Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 3-4 and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level 1-2. Must be able to work without constant supervision, make reliable decisions, have good judgment, and have knowledge of safety procedures. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Good interpersonal skills required with strong communication and organization skills.
