The services and support requested include project management, platform and application operations and maintenance, data services, data coaching, data taxonomy and data management, data governance and strategy, application security, and delivery management.\nThe purpose of this work is to provide service-oriented IT support to the customer, for ongoing support services of Data Services. RIVA is providing an integrated, manageable, scalable, and flexible solution that meets the core support services and that maximizes the use of commercially available provisioned service solutions such that the purchase of new infrastructure for their customer.\nThe services RIVA is providing are based on the Enterprise Core Services such that the Government can benefit from the existing services and economies of scale. RIVA will be presenting a solution that easily provides for evolution of services and that provides a proactive approach to ensuring service evolution and innovation occurs.
