No closing required—just curiosity, follow-through, and a drive to learn.Job SummaryThe Associate Business Developer supports company growth by identifying and developing new commercial landscape opportunities within assigned markets. This role partners closely with Business Developers to build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, prospecting, CRM management, and outreach coordination. Conduct market and account research using online tools, direct outreach, and CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of property management companies, property managers, and HOA board members. CRM & Pipeline ManagementCreate and maintain prospect and opportunity records in CRM systems (e.g., Aspire). Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all accounts. Support pipeline development and track activity, trends, and opportunity status. Outreach & Targeting SupportAssist with outreach efforts including email campaigns, direct mail, and call preparation. Gather market intelligence on bid timing, incumbent vendors, and contract details. Monitor and report on municipal and public bid opportunities. Relationship & Event SupportCoordinate client engagement activities such as meetings, networking events, and marketing initiatives. Manage scheduling, invitations, and follow-up communications. Support ongoing relationship-building efforts with property management firms. Proposal & Sales SupportAssist with proposal preparation, site research, and documentation gathering. Provide real-time research support for field-based Business Developers. Deliver general administrative and sales support as needed. Collaboration & ReportingPartner with Business Developers and leadership to align on pipeline priorities. Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on research, outreach, and pipeline activity.RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Ability to research, gather, and manage large amounts of data accurately. Proactive, self-motivated, and persistent in uncovering opportunities. Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset. Professional, positive attitude with strong follow-through. QualificationsStrong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or research preferred. Additional RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Travel and overnight stay may be required.Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional bending, reaching, or lifting. Salary Description$55k - $60k salary
