Simply put, the Yardball combines the soft leather of a glove with the size and throwabiltiy of a baseball. A wool felt core is wrapped in cotton twine and then covered in a custom leather outer and hand stitched to perfection.\nYardball Sewing Team Member\nA Yardball Sewer will join the team of talented craftspeople and participate in the start to finish manufacturing of Yardballs. The position requires the learning and mastery of wrapping Yardball cores, prepping parts for sewing and the hand stitching of a Yardball.\nOnce selected to join the Yardball team you will begin a training program that lasts up to 2 weeks that will guide you to perfecting the craft of sewing Yardballs.\nResponsibilities\nLearn and master all steps in the manufacturing of Yardballs\nConstantly improve skill set to meet growing daily output goals\nNote: This job description is not meant to be all-inclusive.
