Their dedication to customer service and solutions underscores their focus on reliability and performance. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Latin American Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will focus on growing and managing relationships with clients across Latin America. Responsibilities include identifying leads, maintaining client accounts, promoting products, handling inquiries, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves collaborating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of aircraft parts and providing solutions to client-specific needs. A deep understanding of the market and cultural nuances in the Latin American region is essential for success in this position. Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Proven expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship management.Knowledge of the aviation industry, particularly in aircraft parts, CRJ components, and aerospace operations.Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and create strategic sales plans.Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred.
