This position will gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions; integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems and databases; develop workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance-monitoring dashboards; optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience; troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data visualization issues; create technical and user documentation; provide knowledge transfer to personnel; and support ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and business intelligence initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:8 years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in an enterprise environment.8 years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, including dashboard design, data modeling, calculations, and performance optimization.8 years of experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.8 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical reporting and analytics solutions.8 years of experience integrating and validating data from multiple data sources, including enterprise systems and data warehouses.8 years of experience applying data visualization best practices, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting standards.8 years of experience applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.8 years of experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and working in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:1 year of previous experience working in regulated or government environments.1 year of previous experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting.What We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
