Join our team today!\nThe Material Handler’s primary responsibility is to provide support for the mill’s production activities as well as loading and unloading the mill’s raw materials and finished products using powered industrial trucks. This position status is non-exempt and works a Modified DuPont schedule consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts with rotating weekends. Candidates should carefully consider the schedule before applying.\nEssential Job Functions:\nBe fully engaged in safety and follow all safety and operating procedures.\nUnload pulp or scrap paper from trucks using powered industrial trucks (PIT).\nPerform daily lift truck inspection/cleaning.\nDewire, stage and mix scrap paper or pulp bales, operating a front-end loader.\nOperate bale line and perform computer entries.\nWarehouse wrapped tissue rolls using PITs.\nLoad bales of pulp onto conveyors for pulping.\nTransport and wrap tissue rolls with automated wrapper.\nSupport the operations team.\nPerform housekeeping duties in assigned area.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to learn and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
