This role will be based in Austin and will report to regional Project Controls leadership.\nThe Project Controls Process Manager will oversee key project controls functions, including cost management, schedule coordination, forecasting, risk tracking, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role works closely with program leadership, project managers, and client stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and actionable information to support decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nLead project budgeting, cost baseline development, and change management processes\nMonitor project expenditures, commitments, and forecasts against approved budgets\nPrepare periodic cost forecasts, trend analyses, and variance reports\nSupport schedule oversight and coordination with project teams and contractors\nTrack risks, issues, and change events impacting project performance\nDevelop and deliver project and program performance reports and dashboards\nCommunicate cost and schedule status, risks, and recommended actions to program leadership and stakeholders\nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of project controls data and documentation\nCoordinate with project managers, finance teams, and consultants to maintain alignment\nSupport continuous improvement of project controls tools, processes, and reporting practices\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or related roles on capital programs or infrastructure projects\nExperience supporting public-sector or large capital programs preferred\nProficiency with project controls tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling platforms\nExperience with cost management systems and financial reporting tools\nStrong analytical skills, including forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis\nExcellent communication skills and ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCP, EVP, or similar\nExperience supporting municipal, education, or large (+$250 million) building programs\nFamiliarity with program/project management environments\nCompensation Range:\n$130,962.60 - $149,671.54\nSTV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
