With a strong reputation for quality assurance services, the firm offers a collaborative culture, supportive leadership, and opportunities for career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with and support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local teamBecome a primary point of contact for clients from retiring partnersServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for new clientsWork with the firm's executive team and Director to develop and execute the firm's growth initiatives, product, and services offering and operational strategiesReview and manage individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, and partnerships) and trust tax return engagementsLead firm's consulting and advisory efforts in the regionLead and manage staff in areas of research, training, and developmentQualifications7 - 12 years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returnsBachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferredCPA or EA certification requiredDirect experience managing staff and client relationshipsExcellent communication and attention management skillsProprietor mentality and work ethicEntrepreneurial minded with an interest in strategy and operationsTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Experience with ProSystems and QuickBooks is a plusStrong project management and delegation abilitiesExperience presenting to clients and leading internal training sessionsOther RequirementsActive role in business development and firm marketing initiativesExecutive presence and strategic mindset📩 Apply today by sending your resume to Rob@solidrockrecruiting.com to learn more!
