Accountant/Controller

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Accountant or Controller to take a leadership role in managing the financial operations of a growing business. This individual will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while assisting in tax preparation and planning for the company.Accountant/Controller Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting processesPrepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns for the businessManage month-end and year-end close processes and produce accurate financial statementsDevelop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsProvide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadershipCoordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners as neededAccountant/Controller Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredMinimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including tax preparation and complianceProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAccountant/Controller Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $70,000-$100,000+ DOEComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement plan, PTO, etc.)Stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow and shape the financial future of the company
