You should be comfortable working from high-level direction and incomplete requirements: asking thoughtful questions, making practical recommendations, and creating clear specifications before implementation. We embrace AI-led development and expect you to use AI coding tools and agents aggressively while owning the quality of everything you ship.\r\nBase pay range is $140,000–$185,000, plus a bonus based on revenue targets and achievement.\r\nAlong with your resume, share an example of a product or feature you helped take from idea to production.
