In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Employee Experience, business leaders, and employees to drive impactful learning initiatives, enhance capability development, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.\n\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development initiatives for employees and leaders\nSupport the delivery and execution of leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals\nCoordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant communications, and program administration\nManage learning program calendars to ensure timely and effective execution across multiple departments\nAssist in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content\nPartner with the Learning & Development Manager to design scalable learning solutions that support employee growth and business objectives\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Experience teams, and business leaders to identify and support development needs\nServe as a resource for employees and managers regarding learning opportunities, training programs, and development pathways\nAdminister and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, learner records, tracking, and reporting\nMonitor training participation, completion rates, and compliance requirements to ensure organizational standards are met\nMaintain accurate training documentation and learning records\nTrack learning metrics and generate reports on program participation, effectiveness, and outcomes\nCollect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancement\nContribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes, content, and development initiatives\nMust Haves\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field\nStrong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills\nExperience coordinating and delivering employee training programs\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-related technologies\nAnalytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report training data\nNice to Haves\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms\nKnowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies\nExperience supporting leadership development programs\nExposure to employee onboarding and professional development initiatives\nTMP, APTD, or other learning and development certifications\nExperience developing e-learning content, training materials, or blended learning solutions\nContinuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing learning programs and processes\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential\n4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with employer match\nA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement\nOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leader\n\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
