Project Manager / Senior Change Delivery Lead (Finance Transformation)Charlotte, NC | Greensboro, NC | Raleigh, NC Duration: 6+ months CTH Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking Project Managers / Senior Change Delivery Leads for a top-tier client. These consultants will lead cross-functional finance transformation initiatives spanning systems, operations, people, and process change as the bank makes key changes to its ERP and finance technology ecosystem. The program is expected to run across a multi-year (3-year) roadmap.Key Initiatives / PlatformsAccounting: SAP S/4HANAFP&A / Planning: OneStreamAnalytics: Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service is a plusResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery for one or more workstreams/projects from intake and chartering through planning, execution, and business readinessLead cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk/Controls, and vendors/SI, ensuring alignment to milestones and outcomesDevelop and manage project artifacts: charter, scope, integrated plan, RAID log, status reporting, resourcing plan, dependency plan, and financial trackingDrive disciplined execution using standard project governance: steering updates, stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and decision supportPartner closely with Change Management and Training leads to ensure communications, training, and readiness plans are integrated into deliveryEnsure quality, adherence to policies/standards, and deployment readiness activities (cutover readiness, hypercare planning where applicable)Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation; document best practices and lessons learnedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience10+ years in consulting, project/program management, or process improvement rolesStrong experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with heavy stakeholder integration (including senior leadership)Background delivering Finance/Accounting initiatives (GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, profitability, finance operations)Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery approachesExcellent written/verbal communication, ability to influence, and comfort operating in ambiguityPreferred QualificationsFinancial services/banking transformation experienceHands-on project exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, and/or Oracle EDM CloudPMP certification and/or Six Sigma / process improvement certification
