The culture emphasizes safety, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate role based in Napa County, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will prospect and qualify new leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and build relationships with event planners, venues, and direct customers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, creating proposals, and following up to close sales for tent and event rental packages. The role will coordinate with operations and logistics teams to confirm availability, delivery schedules, and event details, ensuring accurate and timely service. The Commission Sales Associate will maintain an organized pipeline using a CRM or similar tools, track performance against sales targets, and provide regular activity and revenue updates to leadership. In addition, the role may attend site visits, networking events, and industry functions to promote the company and generate new business.Qualifications Proven experience in commission-based sales, account management, or business development, preferably in events, hospitality, or rentals.Strong customer service, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads, quotes, and bookings simultaneously.Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and online calendars to track and manage sales activities.Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present options and pricing confidently.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for local meetings and site visits in and around Napa Valley, CA and surrounding area. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules and client needs.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
