Our commitment to work-life balance ensures you have time to recharge and pursue personal passions, while our dedication to job security guarantees a stable and fulfilling career."About the Position:Under the general direction of a Supervisor I, Branch Chief of Data Analysis and Supportive Services Branch, the incumbent will be responsible for reporting on Small Business (SB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for the Department. The incumbent will independently obtain and validate commitment and utilization data to ensure Caltrans meets its SB, DVBE, and DBE goals while complying with State and Federal reporting requirements. The incumbent will also independently track and verify for eligible New and Limited Contracting Small Businesses, per Senate Bill 103. In addition, the incumbent will evaluate the effectiveness of efforts to increase SB, DVBE, and DBE participation; while providing technical assistance and training to internal and external stakeholders in support of SB, DVBE, and DBE program objectives.
