Visit superatv.com to learn more. Role Description The Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, IN. The individual will be responsible for creating and improving designs for new and existing products, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include participating in product development, assessing design viability, troubleshooting design challenges, and ensuring alignment with company standards and customer needs. The Design Engineer will also conduct testing and analysis to ensure the highest quality and performance standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product DesignStrong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and methodologiesExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and softwareFamiliarity with Electrical Engineering concepts as they apply to product developmentAbility to collaborate within a team and share innovative ideasExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related fieldExperience in the off-road vehicle industry or similar sectors is a plusStrong attention to detail and a passion for improving product performance
