This role focuses on consistent, repeatable assembly tasks that require attention to detail, basic problem-solving, and the ability to follow standardized procedures. No prior experience or formal education is required; training is provided.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nAssemble parts and components according to drawings, work instructions, or standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nPerform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards\nUse basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly\nVerify parts and materials before and after assembly to ensure completeness and correctness\nIdentify and report defects, missing components, or process issues to a supervisor\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nMeet daily production goals while following quality and safety expectations\nFollow all company policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse procedures\nEDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required\nNo prior manufacturing or assembly experience required; on-the-job training provided\nAbility to read and follow basic drawings, diagrams, or written instructions\nBasic critical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAttention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently\nDependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team\nWillingness to learn and follow standardized processes\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis role is based in a warehouse or production floor setting, where work is performed at designated assembly stations or flow lines.
