This position is responsible for managing jobsite activity, overseeing technicians, and ensuring all water damage mitigation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with IICRC and company standards. The role includes identifying additional service opportunities during projects and working closely with the sales team to ensure scope accuracy and customer satisfaction. The Lead Technician must model professionalism, follow all Standard Operating Procedures, and consistently deliver exceptional service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWater Mitigation Execution: Perform all aspects of water mitigation, including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup.\nSales Communication: Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers as needed.\nJob Site Management: Lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow.\nCompliance & Documentation: Use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and complete documentation daily.\nSOP & Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.\nVehicle Operation: Operate and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.\nCustomer Service: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum 2 years of water mitigation experience required.\nIICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites.\nEffective communication and documentation skills.\nValid Georgia driver's license with a clean record.\nFlexible schedule availability including weekends/on-call.\nAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied environments.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRegular lifting of 50+ pounds.\nWork in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces.\nUse of PPE and exposure to water-damaged environments.\n\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nCommission opportunities\nCompany vehicle and fuel card\nCompany Cell phone\nPaid time off and holidays\nLife insurance\nCertification and training support\n\nEmployment Disclaimer\nEmployment with Serclean is at-will and may be ended at any time by either the employee or employer, with or without cause or notice.
