Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)

The company has also earned numerous industry awards for craftsmanship and performance.As Greenwood continues to expand its capabilities and regional reach across complementary exterior building services, it offers rewarding and challenging career opportunities with strong potential for professional growth.Greenwood is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager based out of our Syracuse, NY office.The Project Manager's responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:Ability to read plans and specifications both in hard copy and digital formatsUnderstand all phases of the building envelope constructionWork with Operations to determine materials and manpower required for each project.Estimate time to completion for each project and coordinate with teams from varying trades, as appropriate.Determine materials required for each project and devise delivery schedules to ensure structural timber, shingles, insulation material, guttering, fascia, etc. are available when required.Review architect’s roofing design to plan the sequence of work.
