Must practice excellent troubleshooting methods and be able to work effectively in a team environment. This position is on the back-day compressed workweek shift (Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wed, 6:15 AM to 6:30 AM).\n\nEssential Functions\n\nRepair Watkins Johnson, Novellus CVD and Cu Sabre, AG RTP, and Applied Centura RTP systems.\nWork with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards.\nTroubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.\nRead and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.\nPractice effective and productive written and verbal communication.\nDocument work in maintenance logs effectively.\nFollow procedures and instructions.\nAble to contribute as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nAA degree in a technical field\nOr equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training or technical degree.\n7+ years of experience in equipment maintenance performing PM's on Novellus tools\nOr equivalent technical military experience\nSolid organizational, documentation and writing skills.\nCreative problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nSelf-directed, self-motivated.\nProficient with MS Office products.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience on Novellus and AMAT tools.\nAdditional experience in other fab maintenance areas.\n\nSpecial Requirements\n\nParticipation as an active member of the Fab 4 ERT (Emergency Response Team).\nAbility to meet the requirements of the ERT physical.\nMust pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for the use of a tight-fitting respirator (SCBA full-face mask level).\nMust maintain physical requirements for wearing SCBA full-face mask level.\nMust be able and willing to travel for training purposes.\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.\n\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer.
