Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, ensure the timely scheduling and execution of equipment maintenance and installations, and lead a team of technicians to achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service requests, supervising project timelines, resolving customer issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsProficiency with service scheduling and project timelinesExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issuesUnderstanding of safety regulations and compliance standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team membersBackground in mechanical or industrial systems is highly desirableProficiency in relevant software for managing service operationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
