A company is looking for a Senior Director, Market Access, Payer Account Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national account strategies to drive formulary positioning for COMP360 Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 to payer audiences Build and lead a high-performing national Account Director team to secure coverage by payers and PBMs Required Qualifications 10+ years in pharma/biotech Market Access with experience in national payers 5+ years leading a team of national Payer Account Directors Experience securing access for launch-stage specialty or breakthrough products Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes
