The position reports to the President/CEO of Flexlume.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nProject Managent\nDevelop and execute detailed plans for each project outlining requirements and timing to meet objectives, schedule, and budget\nDocument product specifications, building and site plans and other documents as necessary to support each project\nManage project documentation and details in the Company’s ERP system\nInterpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, company policy, and procedures for team members\nManage the permitting process with various municipalities to secure permits or variances as needed for applicable projects, coordinating documentation as needed\nObtain materials, equipment and staffing through vendors using the procurement process, following up as necessary to ensure timely delivery of needed items\nKeep detailed records of orders, deliveries, and other related details for project updates\nArrange for site access for installation/service work\nCoordinate installation/service schedule with all parties involved, including on-site direction as needed\nPrepare and process change orders to jobs in process with follow up to ensure all affected documents and procedures reflect the change\nComplete project close-out process to ensure accurate and timely billing, including documentation, photos and signoffs of completed projects\nTrack and communicate progress throughout project stages\nScheduling\nSchedule the field team and subcontractors as necessary to ensure timely, efficient completion of multiple, simultaneous projects\nEnsure they have daily schedule, project details, documents, materials, product and tools they need to do the job\nCommunication & Support\nSupport and communicate with all internal teams as necessary to ensure successful completion of individual tasks and overall projects\nCommunicate any unclear or missing project detail to the appropriate sales team members\nCommunication with Flexlume team (including Sales, Marketing, Design Services, Manufacturing and Field Operations), suppliers, subcontractors and customers as needed regarding delays\nCommunicate with customers throughout execution of projects\nCommunicate regularly and candidly with customers, internal team members, subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers\nOccasional travel to job sites may be require\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nResults-driven with a sense of urgency, strong follow-up skills\nHighly organized, detail oriented, and quality conscious with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities\nAbility to manage and/or support over 200 ongoing projects\nStrong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably EPICOR, is ideal\nEager to learn and engage in ongoing internal process improvement\nStrong computer skills and fluency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nMotivated team player that is a self-starter\nPassion for working with people and driving results\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nPreferred 3+ years of experience project management working in a related industry\nValid Driver’s License\nSign industry experience is a plus\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus\nPOSITION: Full-Time, Exempt\nEEOC Statement: Flexlume believes in a diverse environment and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all its employees and qualified applicants.
