ResponsibilitiesAssist with 30+ active transactions including new sites, relocations, renewals and lease terminations.Maintain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned Client’s real estate portfolioSupport the transaction process from site selection to lease executionPrepare market surveys of availabilitiesInterface with brokerage community gathering detailed information on property availabilitiesPrepare financial analysis reports on proposals and lease documentsCoordinate and arrange site tours of multiple propertiesPrepare and coordinate proposals and counter proposalsAssist in managing third-party brokers across various cities and associated documentationCoordinate invoicing and billing process with Accounting teamAggressively manage disposition of surplus space via sales, subleasing and lease terminationsMaintain knowledge of regional & national market conditions and marketplace trendsRequirementsCandidate must have a bachelor’s degree and Arizona Real Estate LicenseExceptional organizational skills requiredExcellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills requiredAbility to work on multiple projects with multiple personnel and multiple deadlinesProcess oriented skills requiredGood communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and brokerage communityMust be a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish goals and objectivesAbility to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines are skills utilized on a daily basisExcellent computer skills required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CostarBrokerage real estate experience is preferredApply nowShare job posting
