Our software products focus on key areas such as Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED), Communications, and Mission Planning Applications, while our hardware products include customizable and transportable mobile ground shelters and mission equipment designed to thrive in diverse environments and climates.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the strategic backbone for software licensing and configuration management on the C2 Ground Systems program.\n\nManage the complete software license lifecycle while establishing, controlling, and accounting for software baselines, product data, and engineering documentation.\n\nIntegrate meticulous inventory control, proactive renewal coordination, rigorous baseline stewardship, and robust data‑driven analytics.\n\nEnsure that every software asset, maintenance agreement, and configuration item is fully compliant, accurately traced, and optimized for cost and performance.\n\nUse tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Product Data Management (PDM) systems to transform administrative overhead into a powerful engine of operational readiness, risk mitigation, and mission success.\n\nInterpret customers’ proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and CDRL deliveries to develop CM/DM baselines and estimates.\n\nReview customer SOWs to develop S/CDRL delivery schedules and document number schema, analyze requirement lists, and generate due lists to ensure on‑time S/CDRL delivery submittals.\n\nTrack S/CDRL metrics and support releases to deliver approved deliverables while implementing controls to ensure integrity.\n\nParticipate in software builds, support the software team, provide documentation to the customer, and perform data transfers as required.\n\nDemonstrate solid knowledge of Project Management life cycles and document workflow processes, including scheduling, tracking, and submitting contractually required S/CDRLs.\n\nFacilitate one or more of the following boards: Engineering Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, Process Review Boards, Risk & Opportunity Management Boards, and Program Change Control Boards.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nAbility to obtain an Interim Secret clearance and willingness to obtain TS/SCI clearance.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nSkilled in creating and executing software build procedures that support product development and deployment.\n\nExperience with software configuration management (SCM) tools such as Jira, GitLab, Confluence, and Product Data Management Systems.\n\nProven ability to perform configuration‑management and release‑engineering tasks.\n\nProven ability in processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with applicable industry standards.\n\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and provide attention to detail.\n\nUnderstanding of Data Management as well as associated methodologies, principles, and techniques.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nAbility to multi‑task and work across several competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.\n\nFamiliarity with Windchill, EPDM, or other configuration management tools.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
