This position will require frequent customer engagement in order to understand and solve functional, business process and transactional issues; to support the accurate and timely delivery of products.\n\nEstablished in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.\nResponsibilities:\nYour essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-\nProvide subject matter expertise in the areas of Marine Corps logistics/supply, specifically Requisition Management, receipt control and accountability, birthing of assets, redistribution of material, and maintaining a complete audit trail of documentation to ensure proper accountability to support internal/external audits and FSMAO Inspections. All daily work will be conducted within the policy and procedures defined by the Marine Corps and the policies and business process procedures defined by the MCSC G-4 to facilitate accountability in both retail and enterprise level inventory activities and individual units/accounts.\nProvide technical expertise in the areas of Marine Corps logistics, material and supply management.\nAbility to facilitate accountability in retail and enterprise level inventory activities and units.\nAbility to prepare, maintain and control essential supporting documentation to document major events in capital asset’s lifecycle from acquisition, transference, sub custody and final disposition and/or disposal in support of existence and completeness.\nDocument and Report (word document) your weekly tasks to provide visibility and insight into work volumes, accomplishments, risks and issues. Your direct reports will feed overall status reports, and allow your team and the government to produce metrics and drive efficiencies and continuous process improvement.\nBe able to understand and fulfil the support needs of the client, work under pressure and time constraints to complete task and mission objectives, as part of a cohesive team.\nQualifications:\nRequired Experience and Education:\nFour (4) years of professional experience\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; preferred but not required\nMust have a proficient knowledge of Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps and be capable of executing business transactions in property management and requisition management\nSecurity Clearance:\nA Public Trust background investigation is required to authorize the employee to be issued a CAC (Common Access Card)\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nCommIT Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
